SHIPPING
Orders will be processed and shipped within five business days of payment, excluding weekends & holidays.
Items are shipped via USPS with Delivery Confirmation (only available in the US). Priority shipping via the USPS is available for domestic orders.
We do ship internationally. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on customs procedures. Shipping costs can be calculated prior to payment via credit card, or prior to signing in to your paypal account.
RETURNS
We want you to be 100% satisified with your purchase. We will accept returns in their original packaging and condition, up to 10 business days from receipt of merchandise, upon prior correspondence with store@sub-studio.com. All opened or used items cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
